I/ITSEC 2022 marked the last trade show for OptiTrack in 2022, but it was certainly not the least in any metric. We re-upped on the same 30x50 footprint that we used at SIGGRAPH this year, and packed our booth to the brim with wide area tracking demonstrations.
Two attendees at once could shoot the Haptech M4 haptic rifles at our house-designed Unreal shooting range experience. The weapons were tracked using custom OptiTrack Active hardware in the sight and forward grip, allowing full 6 DoF tracking within the entire 50 x 30 foot booth.

Blue Halo, one of our incredible customers in the military and defense sector, occupied one end of our booth and showcased their VST Stinger Missile trainer, among other experiences.

The main LED wall was 24 feet long and consisting of 10 CLI modules wide by 6 high, which made for an incredible canvas to showcase our Unreal demonstration. Huge thanks to Planar for their technical expertise and quality that enabled our booth to stand out at I/ITSEC.
